I reported the name-change issue, but nothing was done; after being forced to wait a month, I still couldn't use the name I wanted. The game repeatedly prompted me to change the name—forcing me to go through the process three or four times the bug forced me to keep renaming my character over and over. And now? I am unsatisfied. I waste my time and my money. What can I do? I want the name I have choosed.
